About this Course
This course is designed for individuals who currently work in the NHS in any capacity and who are intending to develop a career as a registered health professional, including nursing, midwifery, operating department practitioner or radiographer.

The course will help you to develop confidence and to acquire the skills required to progress onto Higher Education.

What are the entry requirements?
  • GCSE English and maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent
  • Successful interview with a course tutor
  • If you currently work in the NHS in a non-patient centred role you will need to gain some patient centred experience, we can support you with this
  • You must be 19 years or older

What career pathways are available?
Upon successful completion of this course and further study, you could go into employment in diagnostic imaging, nursing and midwifery, mental health professions, occupational therapy, radiography and oncology, physiotherapy or social work.

Tuition Fees
  • 16-18 year olds do not need to pay course fees
